So easy and so delicious.
Cut heads of romaine lengthwise.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic
Repeat on other side.
Grill open face down first until browned (only a few minutes).
Flip with tongs and grill for another 3-4 minutes.
