Jim enters a new decade today.
We finished out his twenties with dinner at our favorite Thai restaruant, Chiagmai, lots of red wine, and a wonderful evening with great company.
Jim was lucky enough to ring in his thirties with a massage, followed by house hunting, then unexpected flurries. This forced us to stay in with left-overs and movie night. Not to mention Jim serenading me for hours on his new guitar.
Isn't he the cutest?
Happy Birthday !

We're considering putting in an offer on a retro 70s place that needs A LOT of cosmetic upgrades. I'm talking velour stiped wall paper. YIKES! Lots of projects for the ole blog!
YES!!! i love a good renovation project. Hopefully you'll let me live vicariously through yours (if you end up having one, that is!)
